HOW TO REQUEST A SWORN TRANSLATION

In order to more swiftly process the reception, translation and delivery to the customer of translated documents, please following the steps below:

2. Within one hour, we will send you an email with a quote for the sworn translation.

3. If you confirm the project, you will be required to make a deposit or bank transfer to La Caixa bank account number CAIXESBBXXX ES63-2100-6105-31-0200054904, including the quotation code as reference.

3. Send the proof of payment slip by fax ((+34) 965 840 560) or email. We will reply by email confirming receipt of your translation project and the fact it is under way.

4. The translation will always be carried out as quickly as possible. Once complete, you will receive an email to inform you that the translation has been dispatched together with a scanned copy of the translation.

Delivered translations are stamped and attached to the copy of the original document supplied by you.

HOW TO REQUEST A STANDARD (NON-SWORN) TRANSLATION

2. Within one hour, we will send you an email with a quote for the standard translation.

3. If you confirm the project, you will be required to make a deposit or bank transfer to La Caixa bank account number 2100-6105-31-0200054904, including the quotation code as reference.

3. Send the proof of payment slip by fax ((+34) 965 840 560) or email. We will reply by email confirming receipt of your translation project and the fact it is under way.

4. The translation will always be carried out as quickly as possible. When ready, it will be delivered to the client by email.
